FIU - Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator

Bryn Renner is currently an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Florida International University. Bryn has held this position since 2017 and is working under the tutelage of his college coach from the University of North Carolina, Butch Davis. He burst onto the college coaching scene garnering the top recruiting class in Conference USA in 2018. Bryn also works with the QBs, and breaks down film for the Panthers.

Prior to commencing his coaching career Bryn played quarterback in the National Football League. After a record setting college career at UNC, Bryn signed with Denver Broncos where he learned from Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning. Bryn had a successful career with the Baltimore Ravens, which included a game where he led the Ravens to a come from behind victory in the waning seconds. During the 2015 regular season, Bryn was on the Ravens practice squad and was called up to the active roster for one game. Bryn also played for the Titans, Chargers, and Steelers during his NFL career.
