Connor Barth developed a relationship with RSR Sports at the perfect time. Before signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Connor was released by the Kansas City Chiefs, was cut by the Miami Dolphins in training camp, and had no workouts in sight. Once Connor signed on with RSR Sports, things started to happen. In talking with NFL coaches, RSR determined that there were doubts about Connor’s leg strength and ability on kickoffs. In order to address the coaches’ concerns, RSR produced a video demonstrating his kickoffs and leg strength. Instantly, Connor secured workouts with the New England Patriots, the Baltimore Ravens and, the third being the charm, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With RSR’s help, Connor signed with the Buccaneers. Due to his hard work and focus with RSR, he succeeded with the Bucs and turned his career around.

Connor signed with the Bucs half way through the 2009 season and soon became accustomed to their ways. He nailed a game winning 47-yard field goal in overtime in the noisy Superdome in New Orleans. After the 2011 season, Connor was designated as its Franchise Player. RSR negotiated with the Buccaneers and secured a landmark contract worth $13.2 million over four years. The deal contained $4 million in fully guaranteed money and provided him with almost $7 million in the first two years of the deal. His standing among kickers is reflected in his $3.3 million annual salary, which makes him one of the highest paid kickers in the NFL.

Since joining the Buccaneers, Connor was the most accurate kicker in the team’s history, having made 63 of 75 field goals (84%) and having hit all 71 extra points. Unfortunately, Connor missed the 2013 season due to a torn Achilles tendon that placed him on injured reserve. During that offseason, the Bucs released him. With RSR’s, help he signed with the Denver Broncos during the middle of the 2014 season. After being released by the Broncos, Connor again faced adversity re-signing and being released by the Buccaneers. RSR did not lose faith. Soon Connor earned a spot on the Chicago Bears roster for the 2016 season, when the team decided that he’d be a better option than their long-time starter.

“Signing with Rob was the best decision I’ve made in my professional career. Before I signed with Rob, I wasn’t getting any looks from NFL teams. After I chose Rob as my agent, I began working out for teams every week. Now I find myself in my second year with the Bucs, and I couldn’t have done it without Rob. He knows everyone around the NFL. Not only an agent, he cares about you as a person and wants you to succeed in everyway possible. It has been a pleasure working with him and will be for years to come.”
