Rick Lovato

Philadelphia Eagles - LS

Rick was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles at the end of the 2016 season and played in the last 3 games. Impressing the Eagle with his game play, Rick earned the starting position in 2017. Rick was the long snapper for the Eagles first Super Bowl win in 2018.

Rick Lovato was originally signed as a non-drafted rookie free agent by the Chicago Bears when he participated in training camp during the offseason. He was released soon after, and was out of football. Due to the passion and hard work demonstrated by both Rick and RSR, the Green Bay Packers signed him in December. RSR was able to help Rick live his dream to become an NFL player and achieve professional success.

At Old Dominion University, Rick appeared in all 12 games for four straight years as the long snapper on punts, extra points and field goals. In 2012, he was named a College Sporting News Fabulous Fifty FCS All-American. He was also selected to participate in the Gridiron Classic Senior All-Star game. Rick became the first player in Old Dominion history to play in an NFL game.
